Susan Anthony is an attorney in the Global Intellectual Property Academy (GIPA), in the Office of Policy and International Affairs (OPIA), United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Alexandria, Virginia. Susan handles policy matters relating to copyright, trademark, and domain name issues within the U.S. and internationally and has a broad range of experience and expertise in almost all facets of intellectual property protection and enforcement. Within GIPA, Susan heads up the USPTO’s educational outreach initiative for US small- to medium-sized businesses (US SMEs), focused on helping small businesses and student entrepreneurs to protect and enforce their intellectual property rights. She also is a member of the USPTO China Team and the USPTO Africa Team. Prior to joining the USPTO, Susan worked in the corporate and private law firm sectors.

 

  

Tony Clayton, President, Clayton Agri-Marketing, Inc. is considered one of the leading livestock and agricultural exporters in the United States and has successfully exported live animals genetic and related agricultural equipment to 47 different countries. Tony has over 28 years of experience in the exportation of agricultural products from the Unite States.

Before establishing his own business, Mr. Clayton was employed by the Missouri Department of Agriculture as a Coordinator of International Marketing Program for seven years. In this position, he was responsible for promotion and marketing of Missouri's livestock industry of producers all over the world. Tony has been successful in the export of beef and dairy cattle, swine, sheep, goats, and equine to countries such as: Bahamas, China, Ecuador, Guatemala, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Mexico, Russia, Taiwan, Thailand, Peru, Philippines, and Sudan; plus many others.

Tony is the immediate past president of the Livestock Exporters Association of the USA, current chairman of the Board of the US Livestock Genetics Export, Inc. and is a member of the United States Department of Agriculture and US Trade Representative-Animal Technical Advisory Committee (ATAC). Tony and his wife, Evann, live in Jefferson City, MO.

 

 

 Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge has been the Director of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport since January 2010 as appointed by St. Louis City Mayor Francis Slay. The Airport is the primary air carrier facility for the St. Louis region handling nearly 13 million passengers annually. Ms. Hamm-Niebruegge manages 500 employees with revenues averaging 165 million dollars annually. She is also charwoman of the 17-member St. Louis Airport Commission.

     Prior to Lambert, Ms. Hamm-NIebruegge logged over 25 years in aviation management positions with American Airlines, Trans World Airlines (TWA) and Ozark Air Lines; a majority of her career has been based in St. Louis, MO. Ms. Hamm-Niebruegge retired in 2009 as the Managing Director of American Airlines’ St. Louis operation, a position she held beginning in 2002. Before the American and TWA merger, she held the position of Vice President of TWA’s North American Operations, responsible for an $800 million budget encompassing 100 airports and 8,000 TWA employees. Ms. Hamm-Niebreugge’s airline management resume began in 1984 as a customer service agent for Ozark Airlines in New York City. Ozark’s merger with TWA brought her to the St. Louis hub where she took the roles of Supervisor Administration, Ramp Supervisor, Manager Passenger Services and ultimately into executive level perational management positions.

 

      Ms. Hamm-Niebruegge currently serves on the National Freight Advisory Board, an advisory board serving the U.S. Department of Transportation. She is chairman of the Advisory Board of John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University. She also serves as a board member for the Regional Commerce and Growth Association (RCGA), the International Women’s Forum, Christian Hospital (BJC) and the St. Louis Civic Pride Foundation. She previously served in executive board positions for Variety, the Children’s Charity and Habitat for Humanity.
